The annual APS Engagement Surveys are officially open! From Oct. 20 to 31, Aurora Public Schools is gathering feedback from students in grades 5-12, families and staff to better understand your experiences and strengthen our district community. Your input is essential to helping APS grow and thrive together!
This year, you will notice that the survey is longer than normal. This is because we are asking for your feedback on several important topics, including:
- Portrait of an APS Graduate
- School Year Calendar
- School Bell Time Schedules
- Safe Technology Pilot (For Middle Schools & Some P-8 Schools)
Rather than sending you multiple surveys separately, we are hoping to gather your feedback on these various topics all at once. We apologize for the longer length but sincerely thank you for your time and thoughtful consideration in completing the survey.

Who Participates: Students in grades 5 through 12, families and staff
Students and staff received an email from Qualtrics ([email protected]) with their individualized survey link. Families received survey links via text message and the email addresses that are designated as parent/guardian contacts in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Please be open and honest in your responses, whether it’s about your school, department, our culture or any other part of your APS experience. We want to hear it all!
