Steps to Submit a Print Services ticket in IIQ:
1. +New Ticket
2. Other Departments
3. Print Services
4. PS: Printing & Signage
5. Describe your issue (Enter text)
6. Print Shop Services Requested - Select General Printing i.e. booklets, copies, etc. – fill out the form below
7. PS: Project Description (Enter text)
8. Open Print Services Form
9. START FORM
- You will be directed to the Print Services Form where you can enter your details. Make sure to scroll down and click SUBMIT. After you get the green check you MUST hit OK.
10. You will be back to the original ticket.
- Scroll down and enter the budget code (with the Object of 0854) is required. Add additional users or attach files as needed.
11. Click SUBMIT TICKET
12. You will receive an email with your ticket number. You can respond to that email at any time to check status or click on the link to look at the progress of your job.
If you don't receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, the ticket did not go through!
