Academic supports include tutoring, high-leverage practices, counseling programming and external resources that all improve academic achievement.

Both students and staff members need the resources, encouragement, training and emotional energy necessary to be successful in school. In order to retain teachers and ensure students feel comfortable, respect and appreciation are key. The APS budget should reflect that we prioritize teacher recruitment, retention and benefits.
